VP, Human Resources – Field Operations
Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of the Field Human Resources (HR) department as it pertains to functional execution of all programs/policies/processes that the function of Human Resources is responsible. This position also oversees recruiting, labor and employee relations, talent development and compliance to all related programs. Frequent independent judgments are essential.
Responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
• Direct the generalist HR Field function. • Review and develop corporate HR policies, programs, initiatives and communications. • Investigate and resolve employment, harassment, and wage and hour complaints that cannot be resolved at other levels. • Evaluate HR trends and make recommendations. • Advise department heads and field executives on HR matters. • Work with directors to provide comprehensive HR support to regional offices, distribution centers, and stores. • Develop succession plans and talent management. • Assemble data and make recommendations in HR legal matters

Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, plus ten (10) years' experience in human resources and five (5) years of or retail industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
