Position - Store Manager

This position is available in the East Bay Area.

Position Summary:

This position reports to the District Manager and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned store ensuring company standards and store financial objectives are met. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide top-notch customer service
• Manage all aspects of inventory and shrink control
• Ensure compliance with all Company policies and Government regulations
• Ensure proper merchandising presentation
• Maintain a high level of store associate motivation in an environment of teamwork
• Establish work schedule to ensure payroll objectives and staffing needs are met
• Manage, coach and evaluate all store associate performance

Qualifications:

For position consideration, applicants should possess:

• A minimum of three years progressive management experience in a retail grocery environment
• Superior customer service skills
• A working understanding of market, finance, and human resources
• Computer skills
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• A High School Diploma or GED
