• Participate in contract and subcontract negotiations
• Coordinate with the team to negotiate appropriate and acceptable terms and conditions in accordance with regulations and statutes

Requirements:

• Degree from top tier law school
• 5-8 years experience drafting and negotiating contracts and subcontracts.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and creative thinking
• Proficient with MS Office
