Job Description
Reports to Regional I.S. and Store Team Leadership. Complete accountability for proper operation and all in-store computer systems. Serve as I.S. liaison between Regional I.S. and store.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Substantially price checks from the front end.
Implement and enforce Regional scanning policies and procedures.
Install hardware and software as needed.
Install and support all modern and network equipment as needed.
Establish and support all v-mail and e-mail communications.
Obtain and understanding of the telephone system.
Provide all BASS, MCA, and Excell sales movement reports as needed.
Audit of all sale prices.
Work with the buyers to ensure that all products are in the BASS system before bing placed on the shelf.
Generate shelf tags as needed and ensure that items scan as tagged.
Knowledgeable with BASS, Hobart, NCR, and credit card systems.
Insure proper and timely information flow.
Train other team members on equipment as needed.
Identify and train SSI Backup.
Minor computer hardware, software, and printer maintenance.
Ensure all backup procedures are followed.
Maintain all U.P.S. systems
Maintain all scanner and scale equipment.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
1 year experience in Retail Systems Integrations or equivalent.
Proven PC hardware and software knowledge.
Microsoft Windows literate.
Strong organization skills
Multi-tasking and analytical mindset.
Excellent problem -solving techniques
Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
High stress tolerance.
Outstanding communications Skills.
Able to perform physical requirements of job.
Works well with other and participates as part of a team.
Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Sunday including some holidays.
