Job Description
Position: Store Manager
Store Manager needed in Benton, TN. We are looking for a fully qualified person to manage this key store for our company.
Experience should include recent Discount Grocery Store Management, cash management, people management, inventory control and ordering. Must be customer/associate oriented with a genuine desire to please our customers.
Job Requirements: Grocery and strong Perishable Department management, front end supervision experience, ability to manage cash, security and receiving functions. Ability to work opening and closing shifts, write schedules, and manage company policies.
Applicant should be energetic, a self starter and mature in your application of policies and procedures. Willing to learn as well as teach to develop a fully functional store team and to help the store excel in sales, profits and customer service.
Mid volume supermarket.
Salary plus bonus position.
Education: High School Required, Bachelors Degree preferred
