Store Management Assistant Store Management
Latro Consulting Group, Inc. is recruiting Store Management (Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers) and Multi-Unit Management for our Grocery and Big Box Retail clients in your area.
Qualified Store Managers/Store Directors, Co-Directors/Assistant Store Managers will be:

Managers will be responsible for:
Efficient and courteous customer service throughout the store(s). Daily full store operations and responsibilities - including: Customer service levels. Associate development. Achieving sales, profit, payroll goals. Insure accountability to corporate operating standards, store standards and pricing integrity. Coach and develop associates; including identifying potential candidates
for promotion and building plans for their individual professional growth.

Requirements:
Prospective candidates must currently live in or within a reasonable commute radius of the area. Some exceptions will be considered for superior performers with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals. Department Management, Assistant Store Management, Store Management, District Management, Regional Management or Multi-Unit Management experience in a nationally or regionally recognized grocery company and/or big box retail company is required. Must have experience managing multiple people, departments and stores/units (as applicable). Must be proficient with scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, P&L analysis, project management, personnel management and multi-tasking. Unemployed candidates will not be considered for positions with our clients.
