Job Description
Grocery/Retail Management:

Multi-Unit Management Store Management Assistant Store Management

Latro Consulting Group, Inc. is recruiting Store Management (Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers) and Multi-Unit Management for our Grocery and Big Box Retail clients in your area - Northern Viriginia and Maryland.

Qualified Store Managers/Store Directors, Co-Directors/Assistant Store Managers and Multi-Unit Managers will be:

Hard working. Forward thinking. Enthusiastic and energetic. Able to motivate a dedicated team to meet and exceed corporate goals. Maintain a professional, positive and productive work environment. Must be an "impact player" - someone who can step in and perform at a high level immediately. Must be an "agent of change" with the ability to motivate the team to follow your lead.

Managers will be responsible for:

Efficient and courteous customer service throughout the store(s). Daily full store operations and responsibilities - including: Customer service levels. Associate development. Achieving sales, profit, payroll goals. Insure accountability to corporate operating standards, store standards and pricing integrity. Coach and develop associates; including identifying potential candidates for promotion and building plans for their individual professional growth.

Requirements:

Prospective candidates must currently live in or within a reasonable commute radius of the area. Some exceptions will be considered for superior performers with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals. Department Management, Assistant Store Management, Store Management, District Management, Regional Management or Multi-Unit Management experience in a nationally or regionally recognized grocery company and/or big box retail company is required. Must have experience managing multiple people, departments and stores/units (as applicable). Must be proficient with scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, P&L analysis, project management, personnel management and multi-tasking. Unemployed candidates will not be considered for positions with our clients.
