Job Description
Your role as a Store Systems Integrator will include maintaining the function of all store computers, networks, cash register systems, and scales. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members. The responsibilities are many, varied and directed toward upholding Whole Foods Market Core Values and the company's goals. The person in this role reports to the Store Leadership and Regional IT Coordinator of Stores & Technology.


Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Install and support hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Maintain point of sale, store pricing, scale, and UPS systems.
• Establish and support voicemail and e-mail communications.
• Obtain an understanding of and support the telephone system.
• Provide sales movement reports as requested.
• Work with the buyers to ensure that all products scan at POS system before items are
• placed on shelf.
• Generate shelf tags as needed and ensure that items scan as tagged.
• Monitor and conduct audits on shelf tag pricing and other tag information.
• Monitor and conduct weights and measures audits on required tares.
• Monitor and maintain scale price files.
• Maintain backup and restore services for store data.
• Be an expert in and train team members on equipment and software as needed or directed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Support regional vision and execute all directives and programs.
• Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Practice courteous and proper etiquette when answering phones and pages.
• Comply with all applicable state health and safety codes.
• Maintain clean and sanitary operating environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Leadership and Regional IT Support Team.

Must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Proven PC hardware and software knowledge and support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows operating system and applications.
• Knowledgeable with hosting, random weight retail scales, POS, and credit card systems.
• Knowledge of natural foods' industry and Whole Foods Market quality goals.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of position.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Exemplary problem-solving, organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work through stressful situations
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Ability to operate all necessary equipment and perform physical requirements of position.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
