Food, Non-Food and Perishable Experience is Required….
Job description: Responsible for all "day to day" operations including shipping, receiving, production standards, delivery, customer service, budgeting and P&L. Implement and drive performance in operations planning, inventory management and logistics strategies. Build relationships with other functional units to secure buy in, commitment and defined roles and responsibilities for supply chain management programs.
Responsibilities include re-organization of warehousing & inventory management systems, physical distribution facility layout, implement logistics technology and successful organizational development for all employees. Daily operations will include leading cross-functional departmental teams for continuous improvements.
Job qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree * 5 - 10 yrs experience minimum * Demonstrated ability to effectively run a Million sq ft warehouse operation * Warehouse/distribution technology systems * Experience in project management * Financial analysis * Strong, positive communicator
