* Bachelor's degree or commensurate retail experience * Previous buying, inventory, or analysis experience * Superior negotiation and planning skills * Sense of project trends * Knowledge of business drivers (pricing, promotion, assortment) * Domestic and overseas travel required * Knowledge of the market, retail business and customers * Enthusiasm, initiative, and passion for retail
