Cake Decorator
As a Cake Decorator, you will be required to perform the following duties:
• Provide quality customer service to customers in the Deli/Bakery Department.
• Prepares product for display cases, which includes cakes, pies, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and novelty items.
• Operates and maintains mixer, oven, air brush, and Kopy Kake projector.
• Take and fill orders.
• Reduce the price of all short-dated and distressed merchandise and records loss.
• Understand use of tare and portion control.
• Mix icing and coordinate colors.
• Date and price all case items with price guns.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work area.
• Understand quality standards and shelf life.
• Perform all items outlined in the Deli/Bakery Associate’s job description as needed.
