Job Description
Experienced Seafood manager for a upscale market. You will have responsibilities for providing courteous, and friendly customer service. Manager is responsible for receiving and preparing the display case for selling seafood. Assist and supervise delieveries of produce, put it away, cut and prepare products for display, display correct signage and pricing, weighs, prices and packages seafood. Answer customer questions and practice suggestive selling. Successful candidate must be able to understand customer needs and communicate the product line with the customers. Must be able to demonstate profiniency in the proper use of a dumpster, baler, knives and all equipment.
