Irwin Goldman, the President, founded the company in 1983. He brings more than 45 years of search and industry experience. He has worked exclusively as a food industry recruiter for the past 25 years.
Prior to founding Michael Wayne Recruiters, Irwin spent 7 years as a Vice President/General Manager for a midwest region of a national recruiting firm. Additionally, he spent 12 years in the executive search field as Vice President for two different companies.
He also has 11 years retail experience as Personnel Manager for a leading national chain and as Vice President of Personnel for two major retail chains.
